Charter Disclosure and Regulatory Notice

Hitmark Group is not a direct air carrier and does not operate aircraft. Hitmark Group is not a U.S. FAA Part 135 Air Carrier or a direct foreign air carrier.

All air transportation arranged through Hitmark Group is provided by properly licensed and FAA certificated air carriers operating under 14 CFR Part 135 or other applicable regulatory authority. Aircraft operators maintain full operational control of each flight at all times, including responsibility for safety, crew, aircraft maintenance, and regulatory compliance.

Hitmark Group acts solely as an air charter broker and concierge service, arranging air transportation on behalf of clients with third party direct air carriers.

Charter services are subject to aircraft availability, operator approval, weather conditions, air traffic control restrictions, and all applicable federal regulations. Clients will receive operator information and applicable charter agreements prior to flight.
