All aviation activities conducted by Hitmark Group in connection with aerial cinematography, aerial coordination, and production services are performed in accordance with 14 CFR Part 91 or other applicable FAA regulations governing private aircraft operations.

These flights are conducted solely for aerial filming, photography, and production purposes and are not offered as air transportation to the public.

Hitmark Group is not a direct or indirect air carrier and does not provide on-demand charter air transportation. Any aircraft transportation arranged for clients is coordinated separately through FAA-certificated Part 135 air carriers, which maintain full operational control of their flights.

Aircraft depicted on this website may be operated by independent aircraft owners or FAA-certificated operators and are used strictly for production and aerial imaging missions unless otherwise specified. Aircraft shown on this website may not be available for charter and are displayed for illustrative purposes related to aerial production services.
